Terms of Use

Last updated: August 8, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Catch app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What Catch is

Catch lets you save links, videos, and posts from other apps and websites, automatically organizes them with AI-generated titles, summaries, and tags, and lets you search and ask questions over what you've saved.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use Catch, created via Sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. One account per person, please.

4. Free tier and subscriptions

Catch is free to use for your first 50 saved links. Beyond that, continuing to save new links requires a Catch Pro subscription.

  • Catch Pro is offered as a monthly subscription ($4.99/month) or an annual subscription ($29.99/year), billed through the Apple App Store.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID account settings.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Prices may change with notice; changes won't affect an already-active billing period.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard App Store policies — we don't process refunds directly.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the links, notes, and tags you save in Catch. By using the app, you give us the permission we need to store, process, and display that content back to you — including sending page metadata to third-party AI services to generate summaries and tags, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't claim any ownership over the third-party content (videos, articles, posts) that your saved links point to, and you're responsible for having the right to save and access that content under the originating platform's own terms.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't use Catch to save, generate, or store content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to access. Don't try to abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

7. AI features

Titles, summaries, tags, and answers generated by Catch's AI features are produced automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They're meant to help you find and remember what you saved — not as an authoritative source. Always check the original saved link for anything that matters.

8. Termination

You can stop using Catch and delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimer

Catch is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catch and its developer aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
